What deeply touches me is observing how each person, client or student, manages to take back the reins of their inner world. Hypnosis then becomes much more than a technique: it's an art of inhabiting the present, reconciling action and listening, willpower and letting go. And this, I believe, is an essential response to the tensions of our time.
