'CIM' is a multi-perspective intensive coaching concept for management.
Your benefit: This concept allows you, in one day, to analyze your professional and personal situation in a compact way, review priorities, find new strategies and new solutions. CIM sharpens your self-reflection capacity, which allows you to increase your flexibility in analysis and action.
Concept: 4 clients, 4 coaches, 8 hours of individual and personalized coaching, each client moving from coach to coach.

The 4-hour individual coaching with two different coaches allows each participant to reflect personally and discreetly on predetermined topics. Individual coaching allows everyone to analyze their professional situation while also integrating private aspects.
It is important that everything takes place in a protected and confidential setting, which allows for great openness and sincerity. The process of change and development is thus immediately initiated as everyone must actively collaborate and accept their challenge and responsibilities.
The concepts can be adapted to the size of the team.
An idea that never loses its charm: Brown bag lunch
An informal transfer of knowledge and information during the lunch break where participants can eat a lunch provided by the employer in a brown paper bag (fruit, sandwich, drink). The presentations are often followed by lively discussions.
